Furze Farm sits within private farmland near Cranleigh in the Surrey countryside. The lake covers approximately two acres of mature, well-managed water — stocked carefully over many years with a head of common and mirror carp to upper 20's, alongside tench, bream, and perch.
The venue operates on an exclusive basis only. When you book, you have the entire lake to yourself — no day ticket visitors, no strangers on the bank, and no compromise on the quality of your session.
Approximately 2 acres of mature, well-stocked private water. Depths vary from 3ft on the margins to 14ft in the main bowl.

Eight established swims, each with clear sightlines and room for two rods. Platforms are solid and well-maintained. Swims are allocated on booking.
Private parking directly adjacent to the swims. Lakeside road access is permitted in dry conditions only — not available during winter months.
Portaloo toilet facilities on site — please leave as you find them.
Overnight and multi-night sessions are available. The venue is fully enclosed and gated — you will have the water entirely to yourself.

The stock is managed with care. Catch rates are not inflated — the fish are given time to recover and feed naturally. What you will find are fish in exceptional condition that fight hard and look extraordinary.
