Yes — Furze Farm operates on an exclusive basis only. When you book, the entire lake is yours for the duration of your session. There are no other anglers, no day ticket visitors, and no shared access of any kind.

A maximum of six anglers per booking. The lake is available to one group at a time — this is what makes the experience genuinely private.

The lake holds a carefully managed head of common and mirror carp to upper 20s, alongside tench, bream, and perch. The stock is not inflated — the fish are given time to recover and feed naturally, which means they are in exceptional condition.

Yes. Overnight and multi-night sessions are available. The venue is fully enclosed and gated. Weekday sessions run 24 hours (Monday–Thursday); weekend sessions run from Friday to Sunday. All arrivals from 13:00, checkout by 11:00am.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept under control and on a lead at all times. Owners must clean up after their dog.

Portaloo toilet facilities are on site — please leave them as you find them. Eight established swims with solid platforms. Private parking adjacent to the swims. Lakeside road access is permitted in dry conditions only, not during winter months.

Yes — all anglers must hold a valid Environment Agency rod licence before fishing. It is your responsibility to ensure your licence is current before your session begins.
